Parkinson's Class
Welcome to our Parkinson’s Boxing Exercise Class, where you’ll engage in a non‑contact, full‑body workout specifically tailored for those managing Parkinson’s disease. This class blends gentle warm‑ups, boxing and coordination drills with timed bag-work, technical pads and a stretch session at the end to cool down . Designed for beginners as well as anyone wanting to build confidence and improve mobility, our sessions also offer free cake and coffee at the end to encourage social connection and fun.
